Ivoree encrypts data in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypts sensitive fields at rest, so data is protected whether it's moving between the mobile app and the platform or sitting in the database.
Account access supports two-factor authentication (2FA) and compatible authenticator apps for operator and admin logins, on top of standard password hygiene enforcement. Access is role-based, so staff only see the data relevant to their job — a front-desk login doesn't carry the same permissions as an account admin.
